Our Operations team is led by Tutsirai E Gwindiri who has over 15 years’ experience in emergency and development food aid programming with JAM and World Vision International. He has worked in as number of countries in Africa such as South Sudan, Angola, Mozambique Zimbabwe, Democratic Republic of Congo and South Africa. Have led the implementation of programs like General Food Distributions, Food for Work/Assets, Food for Education, Food for TB, Institutional and school feeding for both wet and dry ration feeding Community Management of Acute Malnutrition programs. He has facilitated several workshops in food aid management and community development in areas such as warehouse management, reporting and accountability, targeting, selection and distributions. Tutsirai has worked with a number of donors like WFP, USAID, UNICEF, ECHO, USDA, UNICEF, IOM and many more including other private donors.
He has worked for McGovern Dole program managing a 19Million dollar budget over a period of 5 year
He is a qualified Survey Engineer, holder of a Diploma in Disaster Management and Development. He is currently studying with the University of South Africa for a Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
